Jyoti Bhushan Pratap Singh Law College was established in the year 2006. It is recognised by Higher Education of Chhattisgarh Government and affiliated under Guru Ghasidas University at that time and it is presently affiliated with Bilaspur University Bilaspur a State University. The college is approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), New Delhi.
